Letshego Holdings Limited has over 2.1 billion ordinary shares listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange, and is the highest counter by market capitalisation amongst indigenous companies. Also, on the BSE, we have raised over BWP 350 million under a medium term note programme, creating depth and opportunity in the debt capital markets. In addition, we have issued ZAR 880 million of medium term notes on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and have raised US$2.3 million privately in Mozambique under a medium term note programme there.
