  • Chris Hughes joined Letshego Group in December 2020 as Head of Group Business Transformation.
  • He is an experienced global business executive with over 25 years of experience in Organisational Transformation and Operational Excellence.
  • Chris brings a broad international and multi-disciplinary experience having worked in more than 12 countries around the globe and supported more than 35 organisations including Financial Services, Insurance, Mining, Telecommunications, and technology-based SMEs to build capacity and drive digital transformation across their operations. He has held leadership positions in business areas including Marketing, Engineering, Production, Operations, and Product Management.  He is Chairman of the Board for Leadership Education and Development (Pty) Ltd and a Director for the Botswana Harvard Partnership.
  • Chris is certified in a number of disciplines including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with the American Society of Quality, Franklin Covey as a Leadership Trainer, and Prosci as a Change Management Practitioner.

Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech University, USA.  Masters of Business Administration from Basildon, UK. Executive Development Programme, Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria.
