8 DIRECT SALES AGENTS NEEDED
 
VACANCY
In line with our transformational strategy aiming at financially inclusive solutions through deposit taking and alternative distribution channels, we invite applications for the position of Direct Sales Agents tenable in Mohale’s Hoek, Mafeteng, Botha-Bothe and Leribe, Lesotho.
 
Purpose of the Job: 
To sell an agreed number of loans to the public by way of field sales.
To ensure the completeness of application forms and loan documentation before dispatching for processing.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
Sales Activities
Meet Sales Target.
Sell “top-up”, settlement and consolidation products to existing customers.
Ensuring that application forms are completed correctly and submitted with all required documentation, on time.
Obtaining approval for loan from HR department of local authorities as tasked by the Team Leader.
Networking with staff of local authorities to ensure good relationship with client employers.
Review personal sales figures on a daily basis and report to Team Leader/Supervisor if a target is not met.
Propose action to be taken if targets are not being met such as moving to new customer intensive area if not meeting sales targets.
Request  sales presentations by Branch to clients at employers  premises 
Follow up on sales presentations.
Follow up on leads of potential customers from branches.
 
Informing customers of the Letshego products by distribution of company leaflets to potential markets.
Converting a sale enquiry to a completed sale.
Networking and creating a relationship with target clients.
Attending to in-branch customer service as and when required.
Customer Service and PR
 
To ensure that polite, informed and quality customer service is delivered to all clients.
Presentable and clean appearance.
Carry out sales promotion activities as agreed with the Team Leader.
To build and maintain a proper relationship management with local authorities and clients.
To effectively handle client complaints.
 
Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
 
Advance or Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education. A Sales and Marketing diploma /Degree is preferred.
3 year continuous relevant working experience.
Ability to plan work flow to maximize efficiency.
Ability to work as a team player.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should be willing to relocate.
Preferably own a car.
