Introduction
To set the direction for transformation, development and execution of the Group’s business improvement to drive operational change, process improvement and optimization across the group, support the strategy to create a customer centric organization, embed Agile and Lean principles within the organization.

Specification
•Articulate business requirements and priorities for transformation, assessing business readiness and provide specialist change management and delivery support
•Manage all physical and IT infrastructure transformation
•Lead continuous improvement efforts for the Group to improve compliance, customer experience, quality and efficiency across the Group operations.
•Establish a Business Process Management system that will standardize and maintain all processes across the Group
•Drive automation and digitization of internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks
•Build effective capacity across the Group for business transformation and continuous improvement
•Determine changes in responsibilities and capacity impact, and communicate to HR, Legal and Compliance
•Drive adoption of Agile and Lean principles and methodology across the business. Coach and train for leadership, regional and branch managers.
•Develop and implement change management framework to promote sustainability of the business transformation agenda
   
Requirements
•At least a Degree in Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
•A relevant Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
•At least 10 years post qualification experience of 4 years’ experience in a senior role in the financial services industry
•Extensive experience gained at a senior level in business improvement and process transformation
•Extensive practical experience with Agile, Lean, Six-Sigma programs deployment
• Experience of leading change and driving change awareness within a complex and geographically dispersed organisation.

•Accredited at Expert level in Lean or Black Belt Six Sigma certified
•Excellent knowledge of operations within a banking environment

•Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, working with the business to identify practical, business improvement opportunities
•Ability to analyze and monitor various business issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies

•Ability to develop good working relationships with across all levels.
