Introduction
To provide strategic direction by developing and implementing talent sourcing strategies across the business, executing creative sourcing strategies and candidate assessments that will enable Letshego to attract talent fit for the organization.

Specification
•Develop and implement a robust sourcing strategy to ensure we are identifying and attract diverse talent for current and future roles
•Develop and implement on-boarding programme aligned to Letshego’s way of working and engagement strategy, in order to assimilate new hires to the organization
•Partner with business leaders on sourcing, hiring, and workforce planning strategies, including designing innovative assessment tools to effectively evaluate prospective candidates
•Build and maintain vendor relationships with 3rd party recruiters and strategic recruiting technology vendors
•Leverage technology to allow for a more seamless virtual hiring and onboarding experience
•Continuously improve our talent acquisition processes and ensure our approach is inclusive, efficient, streamlined, and focused on the candidate experience.
•Analyze recruitment trends, turnover, and other key metrics and recommends solutions to the business.
•Manage the Group’s international mobility lifecycles i.e. act as primary resource for employees and managers on all aspects of immigration, including visa, work permits, and permanent resident processes and timelines
•Manage the relocation of assignees at pre, on and post assignment stages providing advice, documentation, coordination of services and on-assignment point of contact advice for all assignees internationally
•Develop and execute tax equalization and international assignment policies in partnership with Payroll, Legal, and Tax
•Track and proactively communicate updates on immigration changes with internal stakeholders
• Research, design and develop proactive policy initiatives and procedures on talent sourcing and international mobility
   
Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Organizational Psychology or equivalent
•An MBA would be an added advantage
•At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions and a minimum of 4 years’ experience at senior management level.
•Experience in using a broad collection of talent sourcing tools
•Experience in managing an international mobility program

•Strong working knowledge of labour laws and practices
•Good understanding of immigration laws
•General knowledge of Expat tax and payroll related issues
•Proven ability to lead strategic sourcing efforts and work with a team to develop and deploy creative techniques to identify and attract exceptional, diverse candidates at all levels
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
