Purpose of the Job: 
Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all Country HR functions and ensures that the human resources organizational mandate is met. The HRBP is also responsible for supporting all HR functions by providing Payroll management, Leave management, HR system support, analysis, reporting, and business process design improvements. 
 
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure effective utilisation of the HRMIS especially data input & data generation is concerned including Payroll for all staff, insertions of any changes relating to staff benefits.
Provide relevant reports and analysis using the HRMIS and other relevant tools for the following;
o Pension, Tax Returns, Withdrawals & New Entrants
o Employment and Salary Administration
o New staff on recruitment and appointment
o Annual Leave, Sick Leave and other Leave Administrative Issues
o Staff Statistics
Effectively maintain the all-confidential employment documentation for access and retrieval.
Identify training needs for the company.
Ability to build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in compiling an annual comprehensive report.  Report on the financial impact of the wellness program.
Advice and support the company in the handling of Employee Relations matters. Support business to resolve conflict at the earliest opportunity.
Assist in implementing policies and strategies for the development of the company performance metrics and related matters.
Coordinate staff recruitment, placement and the induction process for newly recruited staff members. 
 
Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
 
Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business/ Industrial Psychology or related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources and industrial relations practice, preferably gained within the Financial Services sector
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in VIP Payroll, Premier HR and ESS with a reputable Organization.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practice. 
Ability to interact with the management of the company in a smart and efficient manner
Confidentiality sensitive
Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to research and synthesize HR information and broad ranges of Strategies in implementation and management of HRMIS.
Full understanding of Lesotho Labour Laws and regulations.
Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to research and synthesize HR information and broad ranges of Strategies in implementation and management of HRMIS.
Ability to build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent leadership and Organizational skills.
Highly computer literate in excel, word, power point etc.
Ability to support the Country Management Team in raising staff engagement.
Good Presentation Skills.
