Purpose of the Job: To serve as a customer interface for all Letshego products. Key Accountabilities: 1) Complete all customer applications accurately and completely 2) Obtain required documentation for all account applications 3) Ensure the accounting opening process is in line with the company’s internal policies and procedures 4) Adhere to internal customer service standards 5) Provide adequate product information to customers 6) Ensure applications are timeously forwarded to Quality Assurance for approval 7) Escalate urgent matters to supervisory level 8) Any other departmental or branch tasks or duties Thinking Requirements and Working Complexity: 1) Ability to identify change in sales patterns and escalate to supervisory level. 2) Ability to develop good working relations with all supervisors and fellow colleagues for cohesion in the business. Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder: 1) Grade 12 (25 points) 2) Related degree/diploma would be an added advantage. 3) Related experience in customer service and sales would be an added advantage. 4) Computer literate. 5) Fluent in English (speak and writing). 6) No criminal record.
