The Incumbent will be responsible for rendering legal opinions to the management , the Board of Management and the various departments of Letshego Kenya on various issues
Main Responsibilities
• Drafting contracts and other legal documents
• Offering litigation services by attending to court cases on behalf of Letshego Kenya
• Legal research on assorted legal matters affecting functions of Letshego Kenya
Qualifications & experience
• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institution
• Experience in a financial institution and especially in the microfinance sector will be an added advantage.
• Diploma in law from Kenya school of law
• Should be a person of high integrity, mature, a team player, bold and decisive, with good interpersonal skills and self-drive.
• Advocate of the high court of Kenya
• Valid practicing certificate
