Regional Group Head of Business – East & West Region

Acts as span breaker and “deputy CEO” for the Group CEO, ensuring the full delivery of the Group’s Strategic Plan targets

•Provides oversight to subsidiaries within the region
•Ensures full execution of Strategic Plans at the country level
•Manages regional P&L and performance reporting at regional level
•Responsible for client development across geographies within their regions
•Veto related to all business decisions with possible r
•Market capitalization
•Annual revenue
•Capital expenditure
•Operational expenditure

•Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably)
•Master’s Degree in Finance or Business (MBA) would be an added advantage

•At least 15 years of experience in a financial institution of which 5 years should have been in a senior management role
•Demonstrated experience of managing large teams
•Demonstrated experience of developing and executing a business strategy

•Strong understanding of the financial services industry
•Deep knowledge of strategic and financial planning
•Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadline pressures
•Proven ability to be an effective leader
•Proven team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Ability to build strong relationships with the internal & external stakeholders
