A job vacancy has arisen within the LFSB tenable in Jwaneng for the above-mentioned position reporting to the Solution Business Development Manager, Lobatse the details of the role are outlined below:

Purpose of the Job:

  •  Identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business for Letshego
  • Oversee the branch or Satellite

    

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Maintain set branch targets monthly.
  • Retain clients.
  • Plan and conduct a local CSI initiative consistent with regional CSI budgets.
  • Engage employers on a quarterly basis through official functions and ceremonies that allow broader networking.
  • Monitors and analyses competitor activities to assess threats.
  • Identifies and organises training, planned maintenance and other services, helping customers use the products more productively.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges that branch face, then identifies opportunities to increase sales of related products and services.
  • Ensure that the Jwaneng branch adheres and maintains the Letshego standard for branch look and feel.
  • Collect feedback from all customers during the tenure of the annual sales promotion regarding service delivery at the Jwaneng branch.
  • Post adequate manpower within the branch to efficiently serve customers that come into contact with the branch.
  • Address and resolve all queries, and escalate to the SBDM those outside the mandate of the branch

 

Key Performance measures

  • Sales and financial targets as per KPA scorecard:
  • Portfolio profitability measured by contribution
  • Number and quality of leads written
  • Customer satisfaction index
  • Customer retention
  • Risk: Quality of business measured by % non-performing loans (joint accountability with Credit)
  • Quality of call reports and annual reviews
  • Competence rating
  • Build a capacity planning to meet the demand during off peak and non-peak periods
  • Improve Sales Capturing Process in order to achieve efficient processing standard and allow segregation of duties.

 

Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:

  • A Diploma/Degree in any business
  • At least 5 years working experience in a financial Institution
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
  • Professional demeanor
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of financial products
